Terms of Service

1. Paypal only.
2. All commissions are strictly non-refundable
3. All commissions shall be paid thru Paypal invoice.
4. I have the right to refuse the commission.
5. Turn-around time is 2-5 weeks please be patient as I have a day job.
6. Commissioned works are strictly for personal use only and can't be sold or reproduced in any form unless agreed upon by the artist and commissioner. (includes use in streaming, merchandise, twitch or youtube banners, etc.)
7. The artist is allowed to use the commissioned artwork as part of her portfolio.
8. First come first served.
9. Do not use my art for NFTs, AI art or any of the like

Commission process

1. Full or 50% payment after we agree on the sketch.
2. I will send updates for lineart, base color, shading, and final art stages. You will receive a minimum of 3 updates.
3. Major revisions outside current commission stage (ex. lineart revision during shading stage) will cost extra 5 USD.
4. Final art commission will be delivered thru a google drive link. If there are no more revisions.

Detailed Comms and Additional Costs

1. Detailed commissions will cost extra in increments of 5 USD.
2. Commissions will have a default solid color or transparent background. Any painted background or special effects will cost extra in increments of 5 USD.
3. Extra characters will be charged same as the base prices above.
